this moring i tried to start your great jUploadr but just a second after the command-window opens it is closed. But I ve taken a screenshot with the command window on it. 
It's output is: the command "REG" is wrong used and following this the "goto" is wrong, too.
Hope you can fix it. (I think this is caused by windows!)</description>
