Hi Steve, I saw on flickr that you have developed a bulk uploader. I am getting a website done which will require bulk upload of .doc and .pdf files, and would then be great to fill out fields in relation to each document as you go.

Does your bulk uploader allow you to do this? If not do you now any? AND if not, could you make one?!

Would really appreciate if you get back to me. fredclough@hotmail

    regards

Can anyone get the latest version of jUploader working in 64-bit Linux? I' recently upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 and jUploader no longer works for me.

java -version
java version "1.6.0_15"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_15-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.1-b02, mixed mode)

The app starts, but clicking the link does nothing (other that filling the log with errors such as
5.11.2009 19:44:03 org.scohen.juploadr.uploadapi.zooomr.ZooomrMethod parseResponse
INFO: ?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?
rsp stat="fail"
	err code="112" msg="Method "zooomr.urls.getUserPhotos" not found" /)

Any ideas?

Best uploader for Flickr so far.

Just one problem: it keeps hanging. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It seems like whenever the options to add the photos appear, this problem doesn't happen. But sometimes when I right click to a picture and select "add to sets" there's no sets available, as if it's not connected to my Flickr account. When this happens it cannot upload pics to my account, no matter how many times I tried. Any ideas?

@scohen:
Your jUploadr is still my first uploader for Flickr, taking care of thousands of my precious pics. Looking for a new version I came here and now I see that 1.2 is still in alpha. Is it stable enough to use or should I keep using 1.1.2 until 1.2 is stable?

Did you remove my comment?
I'm not mad. It just proves that you are, in a sense, still looking over the project. Which is a good thing:)

Hi Steve!
I'm a regular user of jUploadr, it's great software, but since yesterday I'm having problems with the upload. Everything was going fine, but suddenly it stopped working, leaving an awful exception trace on my terminal:

I checked the permissions, and all seemed to be okay. The program read my tags and sets and everything.

However today I decided to remove all the user preferences and start all over, but when it comes to authorize jUploadr I get an error dialog and again, the stack trace says:

I'd like to take a look at the code and try to see what's wrong (and what's behind) but I'm kind of busy right now, with exams starting on Monday at University, so I guess until mid September I won't be able to read a piece of code.

Did it stopped working just for me? Has flickr modified the API?
Any help is welcome.

Thanks a lot.

I’d like to take a look at the code and try to see what’s wrong (and what’s behind) but I’m kind of busy right now, with exams starting on Monday at University, so I guess until mid September I won’t be able to read a piece of code.

Did it stopped working just for me? Has flickr modified the API?
Any help is welcome.

Thanks a lot.
